Career Shift to AI

Hi everyone,

I need a suggestion from everyone as well as the roadmap to transition my career from management to tech.

I have worked in MNC pre covid as computer vision engineer having experience of CNN, GAN, OCR etc.

After that I pursued my mba and started working in a Fintech company as government relations department. My primary duties are operational, relationship management with industry association and ministry, strategic initiative drive with government bodies and various other ad hoc business related work.

I want to shift back to AI as hardcore technical. Though a amalgamation of tech and management would be beneficial.

Please suggest your view and what should be the roadmap. I want to shift within 6 months.
