Trending @Cognizant; Career Progression from PT-P- PA to Associate – How Long Does It Take?

I recently became Programmmer Analyst from Programmer in this quarter, How long does it usually take to move up to Associate ? Is it a 1 or 2-year process for those who joined as Programmer Trainee , or does it depend on performance?Any advice on speeding up the promotion?

I’d appreciate hearing from those who’ve been through the journey. What factors influenced your progression, and is there anything specific I should focus on to speed up the process?
