Career path for a telecom and signal processing guy.

As the post suggest I want to understand the career path for a guy who know DSP. I am actually happy where I am work wise there is a learning curve but nothing that raises a red flag. Team is good and projects are good. Background about me: Currently 4 yoe in industry experience and exposure in EW, Software Defined Radio, signal processing and wireless communications with some good exposure and experience in MATLAB, Python ,C and C++. Working on some personal projects as well in hopes that I can start a deep tech company down the line in like 5 years. But in general I want to understand where I can go and what are the options for me if I want to go forward in my career.
