What is Career Move Job Rotation Testing?

We were invited to a meeting with over 100 participants to discuss this process. Currently, we are billable and working on active projects. During the session, we were informed that we must apply for roles that align with our skill sets, rather than our comfort zones.

If selected for a new role through this process, we will be released from our current projects within 45 days. After this period, our current managers will no longer have the authority to retain us in our existing roles.
