Career Move

Hi All,

Need genuine suggestions. I have 15 YOE and work as a Test Manager . I have most of my experience as a Manual tester and now handling management stuff.I have worked as scrum master also. Not much experience in coding. I know it is very late. Please suggest if there is anything where I can make a career move.
