Trending @Accenture; Career level and salary expectations
I am interested in understanding the salary ranges for individuals at different CL within Accenture. Specifically, I would like to know if these salary ranges are solely based on career level or if they are also influenced by an individual's level of experience. For instance, is it possible for someone at Career Level 11 with 2.5 years of experience to have a higher salary than someone at Career Level 10 with 4 years of experience? Additionally, I would like to inquire about the percentage increase in fixed pay when an individual is promoted from CL10 to CL11.
Your YoE, CL, tech stack, and previous salary (if joining from outside) are all factors that define your salary, regardless of your CL. I’ve seen CL8 folks with salary equivalent or more than a CL7, and vice versa
If the person is shifted from another company with 2.5 year exp then it is possible that he might have more salary then the person who is having 4years of experience in Accenture who is stayed here since he was ASE
