Career Guidance Required

I am in Tcs with Ninja package currently. I have 1.6 years of experience in tcs till now , 24 years old . I am into ISM role , Cyber security. I want to pursue my career into cyber security only . I do CTFs in tryhackme , portswigger, picoctf . I am also good into coding . I am also preparing for GATE exam . I am 1 tech track away from becoming digital . I wanted to get good package . Can someone guide me how can I switch and obtain good salary .
