Career Guidance please!!!

Hello guys thank you for reading this thread, I need your help and guidance regarding the transition of the team in TCS. Starting from the beginning I have spent 3.9 years in a support project where they kept promising release from 18 months to 24 and then 36 saying that TCS has changed policy. My current work is L1 support on chat and work is too haptic 9.5 hours of shift with only 1 hour break no extra break for lunch or any extra activities like gym etc. Apart from the weekend and. After shift no learning time and also no opportunity provided in all these years.

It's very late but now I started the mail trail for release as I am studying for Cybersecurity and also have won internal competitions so I want to continue in that field only. But in the current project they are not allowing internal movement or external movement.

I will need guidance and support if anyone from the cybersecurity project can guide me or if someone in the Cybersecurity project has any vacancy please let me know. At this point I am feeling stuck in my career development and need a little push.
