Trending @Accenture; Career Guidance Please

I am currently working in Accenture Hyderabad (not much code involved, primarily used Tools). I really want to join for SDE roles as I enjoy coding.

I have recently received offer for the role of Technical Support Engineer from Microsoft (Level 55) around 14-15 L CTC and it is in PUNE.

Now I am in a dilemma here, should I join it as some they I can then move to SDE roles internally after 18 months or Should I reject it and prepare and crack SDE roles?

Please guide me through this.

What is there to ask here? Of course go ahead eyes closed man. You can do the same in the new job if you're willinf to do while working in Accenture right?

I'll say congratulations this is a better opportunity than Accenture is providing.

Regarding switching to sde role, if you're willing and giving more than 100% you'll do it no matter what.

Thank you. I was in a dilemma regarding location and all and was also worried as I heard some say that if you join in support role at Microsoft, switching internally is really difficult.
