Career Guidance on someone starting in FMCG !

I’m reaching out to seek guidance from professionals in the FMCG industry, especially those working in or familiar at IT Governance roles.

I come from an Insurtech background where I’ve spent several years building products, gathering stakeholder requirements, and delivering digital solutions. I’m now transitioning into a new role as Manager – Digital Employee Experience in a FMCG company.

What are the biggest challenges/opportunities for AI adoption across functions like sales, supply chain, HR, or marketing?
