New joiner in CTS post MBA at Sr. Analyst in BD team working and aligning in RFPs, multiple teams.

Though pay is neither less nor too great but ok as per my expectations.

But what's the next path from here as I have BTech background and MBA in Analytics and now working in BD which requires very little tech knowledge, though it's fine for now but don't feel like in the longer run I want to be in the same role.

Any advice on how to map further my career and what to do for that in terms of study or anything helpful.
