I am a new joiner at accenture with close to 4 years of experience. I am still on probation period so my notice period is 1 month only.My current fixed CTC is 17.7 and i got another 1.2 as joining bonus. I have another offer from Naggarro they are saying since i switched recently they cant offer much hike. I was expecting around 25 fixed but can settle for 23 which will be 30% hike. Should i switch if they are giving around 20lpa as i know naggarro work culture is very hectic. Here at accenture work is managable for me . I also have to return 1.2 L if i join them. Please guide me.
I sugggest you stay for 10 minths , bcz If you have received joining bonus , it's compulsory to stay atleast for 10 months , or else , you need to return that when u leave, also Acc will have right to claim the additional taxs on this bonus give

Since WLB is shit in the other company, I'd suggest you stay in Accenture up to 1 year, meanwhile keep applying for better companies and see what you can get. Despite the poor WLB, I have been able to handle work and somewhat live my life to some extent, thanks to my amazing and supportive team. There is no guarantee what you're gonna get in the other company. Keep applying for better companies out there. Try to crack a good offer by the end of Year 1
