Career guidance as salary too low but also there are family responsibilities.
My salary is too low even what career path to take is that I am unable to understand, I have two kids and one is not even of 1year. My experience was first 5 years in java development frontend and backend, then moved to Business intelligence, there work for development was only of 6 months power bi and python and shifted to tech lead and finally now product specialist. Now how should I plan my career with what roles with the family responsibilities. Salary with 8.5 experience only 40k/month. Kindly provide guidance in career or should I take break going through any courses.
The only thing that works is switching
More than career guidance u need to switch. Staying in a single company is good nature and loyalty is great but real life doesn't work out. If u think about the family then get out of your comfort zone again and move to another company.
