Trending @Accenture; Career guidance and joining bonus returning

Dear colleagues,

I have joined accenture 10 months back and they gave me some joining bonus as well. I am planning to leave accenture to join another firm. There is a clause with bonus that if i leave before one year i have to return it. Will the day of resignation be considered in this case or my LWD ? On my last working day i would have completed 1 year. Please help.
