Career Growth

Its been 5 years in TCS, joined in BPS Support project as m not from a Technical background, recently completed self learning in SAP Security and GRC, since then trying to get job in SAP role. However, everyone asking for handson knowledge but there is no opportunity in BPS RMG for BPS members in SAP roles. The only projects they are offering are Voice / Insurance/ L1 Support. Cant search outside TCS due to the same issue. Can someone guide me as how to get a project as per our skillset.
