Career Gap, aspiring for development role.
I have close to 1 year of career Gap, before that I have worked for a MNC for 3 years as a tester but on paper it's developer. So what are the chances of me getting placed? If I join a job guarantee program. I am a 2020 Non CSE grad. Exp - 3.5 years Gap - 1 year Role on paper - developer Worked as tester Interested in development Non CSE grad.
Can anyone help me evaluate.
It's possible for sure man it will be difficult though. Might take a few months though, you need to be studious and very hard working and very persistent.
Market is crap now, it took me 8 months to get a decent company. And i applied to hundreds if not thousands.
If you're only looking at the chances of you getting placed, the odds are definitely against you.
But nothing worth having comes easy.
The more effort and resilience and persistence you put into it, the more your chances increase
