18 years of experience only in oracle plsql. Still I have a lot of work in project , but nobody needs oracle resources in job market. Can anyone relate to this situation?

Same same...here too. I'm also working as an oracle dba for 4 yrs, in the market if oracle need to sustain they needed a robust product in Data with fair liscense, cost etc. Like the autonomous warehouse.
Pls try to learn multiple technologies and grow too. Not with just single technology.
