Career exits after a WMS role?

I'm graduating with an MBA this year and am looking at a role in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) at a major logistics firm.

I’m trying to understand, from people who have actually worked in this space:

• What does the growth trajectory typically look like after starting in WMS?

• What exit roles have you seen people move into after 1-3 years?

• How portable is WMS experience across consulting, product or broader supply chain IT roles?
