Career Dilemma: TCS Offer vs. Dubai Job Hunt

I’m at a crossroads and could really use your insights. I’ve received a TCS offer with a CTC of ₹12.5 LPA. I have 4.3 years of experience in React.js, but there's a 3-month gap in my career(I quit in Feb). My current CTC was ₹8.5 LPA. Alternatively, I’m considering moving to Dubai to explore job opportunities.

Given these factors, should I:

Accept the TCS offer and continue building my career in India? Pursue job opportunities in Dubai, weighing the potential rewards(tax-free) against the risks(high cost of living)? I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences. Thanks in advance!
