Trending @Accenture; Career Dilemma: Stay or Switch?

I joined Accenture three years ago at Level 10 with a CTC of 12 LPA (including variable). In November 2024, I received an increment, and my current CTC is 13.2 LPA (including variable). Now, with 10 years of experience, I am waiting for the June 2025 cycle, but I don’t have high expectations.

Should I start looking for a job change now, or is this not the right time? Please guide me.

It’s better to switch instead of waiting for June cycle. You can even utilise your notice period to negotiate offers as most companies hire around June-August
