Career Dilemma – Need Your Advice

I’ve been placed in two companies and need help deciding:

1️⃣ KAARTech: SAP consulting role with ₹6.5 LPA. Smaller company, more responsibility, and potential for specialized growth. 2️⃣ Cognizant Gen-C: Full-stack developer role with ₹4 LPA. Bigger brand, broader exposure, but I’m worried about being just another cog in a massive system.

I’m hesitant about getting stuck in routine developer tasks without much creative freedom. Which one do you think is better for long-term growth and overall learning?
