Trending @Accenture; Career Dilemma - TCS Offer and Accenture Project

Recently received a TCS offer and considering making a move. Currently working on a project with Accenture and wondering:

1. Can I request an exit from my project lead and what's the likelihood of approval?
2. If I get put on bench, how feasible is it to survive 3 months without work?
