Career Decision Dilemma

I’ve received an offer from Nokia to join a team focused on cloud-native platforms and scalable infrastructure. I’m currently at SAP, working in a similar tech stack with a great team and work environment.

The offer comes with a ~50% hike on TTC, but when considering SAP’s Own SAP and Move SAP benefits, the overall jump isn’t significant.

I’m trying to evaluate whether this move would be a wise long-term decision. If you’ve made a similar transition or have insights into either orgs, I’d really appreciate your thoughts and experiences before making the leap.
