Current Organisation: Teleperformance: 20 LPA all fixed, permanent WFH (Role: Enterprise Consultant)
Offer: KPMG: 24.8 LPA fixed + up to 20% variable, hybrid in Bangalore (Role: IT Strategy & Enterprise Architecture - Consultant)
Would you prioritize fixed pay + remote comfort or higher CTC + consulting brand exposure?
Would appreciate to hear your thoughts.
If I were you, I would do a remote job and also focus on my agricultural income.
Tell them you're moving from WFH to hybrid, so have expenses of home setup, and this 20% hike doesn't work for you.
Quick question, including the variable it comes out to around 26.9 to 28.5 LPA. Should I still counter?
Companies are rigid these days, huge competition in the market, if you really need a job you can go and look for another opportunity.
So, should I accept this and resign and look for other opportunities or hold onto the current one?
