Career decision
I cleared the digital exam in the November cycle and received a compensation of 8 LPA. Simultaneously, I attended an interview with Infosys, where the HR offered me 10 LPA.
I want to switch to the Azure Data Engineering domain, as I currently lack practical experience. Although I cleared the Infosys interview, I am unsure whether it is worth joining or if I should stay at TCS.
Additionally, if I resign after the first month of digital salary, will I still receive my remaining digital payslips from TCS?
If u resign now u will not get digital compensation… i think you should go for infosys…. Atleast there is not shit of WFO index… You can do WFH
