Career Crossroads: Switch, Side Hustle, or Stay Put?

I’m a 26M Android Developer with 4YOE.

Currently, I’m at a crossroads:

Staying in my current role means stability, but I fear it might hurt my profile and limit growth.

Switching jobs could bring better pay and challenges. Stepping out of my comfort zone isn’t the issue, but with a new role I doubt I’d be able to manage a side business alongside.

With AI changing the coding landscape, I keep asking myself:

• Should I switch for growth, stay for balance, or explore a side business?
• Has anyone here managed both a demanding tech job and a side business successfully?
