Career Crossroads Dilemma

I’ve been with Deloitte for about 1.8 years (overall exp) now, working as an MDM Developer, and lately, I’ve started getting calls from other companies(I am planning to change company and I am applying).

While I’m excited about exploring new opportunities, the constant news about layoffs across the industry makes me wonder — is it really the right time to make a switch? Or would it be smarter to stay put in a stable role for now?
