Trending @Accenture; Career choice in middle management experience

Associate Manager here, 13 years of experience. Primarily working as a team lead + developer + architect in Java, Cloud and related technologies. I am content with my current technical role and grow in the same path as long as possible. However, now I have started realizing that I might have to take up some uplifting role as well in order to stay relevant as what I am doing currently can be done (not with the same finesse though) by junior folks as well. These could be in management or in AI or in engineering manager/director kind of role. Anyone with similar experience range thought about this?
