Career change from Merchant navy (Marine Engineering) to Project management

I have completed my on board training on ship as a 5th Engineer and want to switch my career.

I joined merchant navy because of Money but at that time I didn't thought much about there problem we face on ship ( major one always away from family).

If I join ship again then I will be earning aprrox inr 1.5 lac per month but i think i can get the same here in shore Also not sure how to proceed.. Should I do MBA or anything else...? All suggestions are welcome
