Career Anxiety Post
Does anyone else feel like they’re one re-org away from their entire career plan becoming irrelevant? One fine day your role is ‘strategic’, next quarter it’s ‘no longer aligned with business priorities’. How do people mentally plan long-term in corporate?

I live with this tension day and night. Hope to finish my loan and save decent to escape this stress atleast

I have also lived it, by grace of God I was finally able to pay it off. But the invaluable lesson I learnt was no one helps you when it comes to money only your parents or at times your siblings. For me it was me and my responsibilities and my siblings were fighting their battles. My wife did a little but I paid her back also.
But remember one thing when you get a chance and are in a situation to help someone, do it. Even if no one came to save you. I did for my younger brother when he was in this situation, I paid off his debt so that he could take risk and move in a better role and better position.
I did help a couple of more people with little amounts, no one has paid back so far. Guess what I don't expect the money back also. Am I an angel, no I am not. It's just that I know what it feels when you need and people hardly come forward.
My best wishes are for you. Hang in there it gets better sooner than later. Be disciplined, no luxuries, no impulsive buying.
