Career after a false FIR
My friend has been booked under BNS 69 and he has lost his job. Although everything mentioned in FIR are all lies but it's not gonna be disposed in 1-2 years and will drag for 4-5 years from now. What are the options for my friend? My friend finally got a good job with a good position but this false FIR ruined his career. How to get back into the job? Are there companies who dont count ongoing cases but the convicted ones.
