A genuine question I feel stuck in life whether it's job or social circle, I feel I am going nowhere. I have a tech job (java tech stack) that doesn't satisfy I can't afford to blindly switch careers at this point. Any suggestions on what I can explore instead. I don't see myself in purely technical role.

Now, in your situation, I'd suggest exploring roles that combine technical skills with management. Project management or product management could be a good fit. Upskill yourself, network aggressively, and remember, Accenture's lack of job satisfaction is not a reflection of your potential.
