"Hello guys, I recently joined a company as a Core PHP developer. I had been searching for a job off campus for over a year, and this was the only opportunity I got, so I joined here two months ago. However, I feel like there is no growth for me here, and they won’t allow me to switch projects. I’m planning to switch to a better company and pay after 6 months to a year. I’ve decided to learn the MERN stack, but I’m not sure exactly what I should focus on, what companies usually expect, and what kind of projects would be valuable to showcase. Any learning strategies or career tips would be really helpful.
