Career advice to switch

Hi folks, I’ve got offers from both Deloitte and Symplr for a developer role (4 YOE, .NET full stack). • Deloitte: Big 4 brand name, consulting exposure, structured career path. • Symplr: Product-based, higher fixed pay, looks good for tech learning, but less brand visibility.

As a developer who wants long-term growth , I’m trying to decide which one would add more value.
