Career Advice to change job

Hello

I am currently working as SAP consultant have 2 years of experience in it and want to change my role to Backend developer in Java. Started working on my java skills and other technology needed for it like MySQL, Spring, DSA etc.

I need advice on how to approach this and what to do to get my resume shortlist for the same.
