Career Advice: Startup Growth vs. MNC Stability – Which Path to Choose?
I've been working at TCS for 3 years as a Web Developer. I joined as a fresher and currently earn 4.2 LPA. While the job is stable, growth has been slow, with small increments.
Recently, I received an offer from a startup with 8 LPA, which offers better exposure. However, the company is small (50-70 employees), and I’m concerned about stability.
I’m 26, recently married, and eager to push my career forward, but switching feels risky. Should I take the startup offer for growth and learning, or aim for a bigger MNC for stability and long-term career progression?
What would you do in my situation? Any advice would be really helpful!
Thanks in advance!

You can look to switch but I would advice you to switch to atleast mid size company not startup. startup jobs are not stable and there will be lot of work pressure. You are not the early employee of the startup if already 50 employees so you won't get any stocks.

Buddy switch. Don't think of any other options. I thought the same and now I'm stuck here. Try to give more interviews while you are in notice period
