Career Advice Required !
I'm support engineer and the product that I support is nearing extinction. Is it possible to switch streams in tcs like is there any way I could learn code and switch to a developer role. Or am I cooked ?
I am in the same situation , the support project i am currently working in has no skill development absolutely nothing , i try to develop skill set on my own but time is not supporting me to study we have to find a way out anyhow. I panic as well.
If you have experience in coding you can prepare for it and go for it if not try cloud or sap you can give certification which will bring projects in tcs
You can change your stream. Have some knowledge about the stream you want to change to and once you have started to give interviews while in bench you will have more clarity.
