Hi guys, one of my friend left Infy due to continuous underperforming rating (was offered PIP... Even after clearing it once). She is so under confident now that she doesn't want to stay in any IT company. Staying without job is very difficult nowadays. Can anyone advise what other career options she can have now?

IT as a career is not for everyone. Most people do it as a job. they crib, suffer , crib more and suffer more. I think your friend has made a good decision, if she is not mentally up to it. A lot of career options are available now. Most peaceful is teaching . It’s very well paid and satisfying. Always surrounded by young people which will keep mind young as well. Be well read, live within your means and be happy
