Career Advice PPO from Amazon( Software Developer) or sit in Placements

Hi I am 4th year CSE student from IIT BHU. I have received PPO from Amazon for software developer profile but I have given tests for other companies as well and their results are due in November. So I am confused now should I accept PPO or reject it and sit on placements.

Really need advice from ex IITians what is better option here in terms of career growth, pay amd work life balance.

My 2 cents:

Take the PPO. Final placements can be very uncertain.

Pros: Very few companies pay as well as Amazon. Amazon is a great name to have in your Resume. Internal Team switching is easy

Cons: Limited WLB 5-Day in office
