Career Advice, please help

I have been working for tcs for last 3 years. My salary is 4.2 now. I really want to increase my salary. Seeing the present curriculum of wings1, I don't think I will be able to clear it. I wanna try switching but I think I don't have the technical skills to switch. So I am not confident enough to switch. Other thoughts like tcs has job security and a better work life balance also come in my mind. Also everyday i get thoughts of starting my own business and earn money, but I have no practical plans and strategy for that. I really feel frustrated because I don't know what should I do.

Taking stress will solve your problem? No. Things I'd suggest you to do.

  • choose just 2 on-demand related technical paths and master them.
  • start by today itself.
  • search for companies hiring for those tech stacks.
  • start applying on their portal.
  • prepare for interviews.
  • Make a switch.

Career Growth automates your Salary Growth, so more work on your skills rather than more work on your project.

Switching is the only option and you have to increase your skill for that. Are you sure that you want to pursue a field in technology?

As you have 3 years of experience, I would suggest joining a startup for a salary > 4.5 .
