Career advice on switching

I a 3 years experienced Salesforce developer in Accenture and my current CTC is 10.5 LPA, 9.5 fixed 1 variable, I interviewed with Cognizant and cleared all my rounds, they are ready to offer me 14 lpa as fixed and 50k as bonus. My manager confirmed that I will promoted next month (may 2025), assuming I get a 20% hike which will bring my CTC to around 12.5 lpa Should I accept the 14.5 lpa offered by Cognizant, or am I being scammed ?

Accept offer and apply other places in notice period... U will definitely get more than 20lac

My concern is, if I put my papers now, I will not be receiving the bonus, and also the hike, so ultimately when I speak for other offers I will have to quote something from 10.5 lpa as a base.

Why will you be negotiating using ur current salary... When you already have an offer in hand.. old salary won't mater 😉

@Hakai

You'll regret not putting papers for sure if you believe in words of accenture leadership.

don’t be optimistic from the words relayed by your manager, they just manipulate to keep you, that’s mostly what they do. The probability of you getting promotion is <10% believe me in the end your manager will say" I tried my best but the leadership cut us short", Put resignation asap and look for other opportunities anyway. You're not gonna get the bonus anyway if you even gave the wind of plan to leave the company.

Don’t even think pf getting promoted by assuming some hime percentage. Go with the Cognizant offer and look for other opportunities as well.
