Career Advice Needed: SAP Fieldglass Consultant Exploring Better Opportunities
Hi everyone, I have 3 years of experience—2 years in an SAP Fieldglass support role and 1 year as an MIS Executive. Recently, I joined a new organization with a good hike, and the role was supposed to be the same: SAP Fieldglass Consultant for support.
However, after working here for 2 months, I’ve realized that the responsibilities mentioned in the job description don’t match the actual work. I'm concerned that if I stay here for a longer period, I might forget the skills and knowledge I gained previously.
Now I'm really confused about what to do. Should I resign and look for another opportunity? Ideally, I’m looking for a role related to SAP Fieldglass where I can be part of an implementation project.
I’ve reached out to a few companies, but most of them are looking for immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 30 days. Unfortunately, I have a 90-day notice period, which makes it challenging.
I’m feeling very uncertain about the next steps. Can anyone suggest or guide me on what I should do?
