I'm in a dilemma choosing between 2 job offers in hand with the same package.

A 13 year old US based startup(Series B funded) specialized solely in AI and Analytics offering a Senior Manager role

A 50 year old Japanese service based company, offering an AI Director role)
The first one seems promising in terms of technical exposure and growth. The second one offers a better position and stability.
I want to hear different perspectives that can help me decide.
Depends on what you want long term.
Startup = stronger tech exposure, faster learning, higher risk.
MNC = stability, bigger title, stronger brand.
