Career advice needed

I'm in a dilemma choosing between 2 job offers in hand with the same package.

1. A 13 year old US based startup(Series B funded) specialized solely in AI and Analytics offering a Senior Manager role

2. A 50 year old Japanese service based company, offering an AI Director role)

The first one seems promising in terms of technical exposure and growth. The second one offers a better position and stability.

I want to hear different perspectives that can help me decide.
