Career advice needed

I am FE engineer of 6 years of experience. With the age of AI I am not sure what should I consider as a progress in my career. I have always worked in a mid level company. Should I consider Joining Faang or good startup with good salary and leave my current org where I think there is nothing much left to learn or should I change my career path. I always wanted to join a big company like Google meta but seeing the layoff I am not sure if I should. Also if I should learn backend or make good full stack project with AI. I rn have work life balance but no learning nothing exciting to work on. Wheather i should go for title or learning
