Career advice for MBA

Hi folks this is my first post and I want to genuinely ask people a question about what I do further. I am an C.S engineering graduate but never was interested in computer science nor coding. Now I want to pursue an MBA because I got the feedback from a few people including my current manager that I can be a good manager. But before I go for MBA I want to ask what should I do so that my profile stands out from everyone who is applying and also how to prepare for CAT or similar exams. Also I am aiming to pursue MBA in finance (not sure if I am even a good fit for it). Please help me out!

Skip the MBA—master in-demand skills like SQL, Python, and Jira instead. These have real-world impact (like your model’s 98% accuracy boost) and directly increase job opportunities.

Don't, unless MBa id from T1 it's not worth doing.

Ps. Your manager wants you to leave.
