I'm currently seeking a new opportunity due to an increasingly challenging work environment at my current organization. I’m looking to make a switch on an urgent basis and am available to join within a month.

Role Preferences:

Project Management , Scrum Master , Project Coordination or related

Experience: 3.5 years Preferred Location: Gurgaon (Open to hybrid/remote flexibility if applicable)

While I’ve been actively applying through platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and others, I haven’t received much traction. I’d really appreciate any guidance on improving my application approach or if you’re aware of any open roles or referrals in your network.
