Career Advice contract vs permanent !

Hi All, I currently have three offers in hand: British Petroleum (BP) – 2-year contractual role | CTC: 47 LPA IntraEdge – Permanent position | CTC: 40 LPA Fixed NTT Data – Permanent position | CTC: 40 LPA Fixed While the offer from BP is financially the most rewarding, it is a long-term contractual opportunity, and I’m trying to understand the realistic chances of such roles converting to permanent within BP or similar setups.
Any inputs are appreciated!
