Trending @Infosys; Career Advice

I completed 3 years in Infosys last month and have been working in L2 application support team project since the start. The project involves sending some mails and doing some changes on a tool based on SOPs and has no real growth or learning. I have learnt no real skill on the job in these 3 years. Outside of the work, I have learnt MERN stack but I am not able to land interviews due to this 3 months notice period.

I have no hopes from Infosys either for hikes or for growth. I am feeling stuck here, making no progress and not being able to get out of this shit company.

I fear giving resignation and being jobless if not being able to land a job in this market scenario. How should I navigate this?

Once you feel confident , resign and appear for interviews. You have the option to withdraw resignation till your LWD if you didn't get a job

Yes that what we have pisitive thing. And you can target other mnc they can accept 3 month. Try with L2 support once you got offer than try with MERN for growth..
