Career Advice.
Hi everyone, I have 3+ years of experience in full stack development (in Microsoft) and I am looking for a role switch. I recently secured an offer from Atlassian but I have heard stories about bad WLB. Are there any other companies I can try which pay similar or more (and may have better WLB). I am also open to trying outside India.
What could be a good place to land in, from a career perspective at this stage?

Sbke liye thoda alag chize kaam krti hai, maine linkedin premium liya tha and then recruiters ko requests bheji and messages kiye kyunki career portal se mujhe bhi koi replies ni aa rhe the. Meri current company Microsoft hai isliye bhi thoda response mil jaata hai.
